A truly wonderful veterinarian and team who take their time for both pet and owner. We got an appointment super quickly. Everything was explained clearly, and they even gave us tips and information for the upcoming surgery at our local vet. If we didn't live an hour and a half away, this practice would be our first choice.

I had my dog's teeth done; six had to be extracted, and since then he's simply back to his old self. He's running around again, eating again, and the professional, helpful, and super-quick appointment scheduling with Ms. Brinkötter was a dream come true. It was already the second time she's made my little guy's life easier again! She instilled so much trust in us, and the time she took before, during, and after the procedure was truly professional and more. Bad review. I took my dog ​​to her emergency vet yesterday, May 3rd, 2026. I was only there because my dog ​​was scooting on her bottom and needed her anal glands checked. But what followed was a nightmare I never expected. The vet only used a thermometer to take her temperature, then listened to her heart and said she needed an X-ray immediately and that my dog ​​had a uterine infection and needed emergency surgery. She said my dog ​​was in such bad shape and in terrible condition. She said it had to be done, the cost would be 800 euros, and my dog ​​only had a 50/50 chance of survival. She gave my dog ​​injections she didn't need at all. She demanded I get the money from friends or acquaintances. I didn't let her do anything else; she took 100 euros and was rude. Today I took my dog ​​to my regular vet, and it turns out that everything the emergency vet said was untrue. My dog ​​is perfectly healthy; it was just her anal glands, which my vet treated, of course. Even my vet was shocked by it. This woman is a rip-off artist; I'm going to contact my lawyer.

I took my cat to the emergency vet clinic this evening, and what can I say? I'm thrilled! He was taken incredibly well care of, and both he and I were treated with empathy and compassion – and all this at 9:45 pm! I take my hat off to them! Even though emergency services, like any profession that offers them, cost more, anyone who loves their pet and wants to know they're in good hands here! A highly competent and truly animal-loving practice!!!
