Elena and her assistant are very gentle with the animals and create a pleasant atmosphere. I was able to get an appointment quickly without having to wait long. Dr. Koch exudes a very special calmness that gives me an incredible sense of security. This is especially important to me when it comes to my baby. You immediately feel comfortable and taken seriously by her. The assistants are also exceptionally kind and caring. I was particularly touched by the phone call the day before to remind me about the spaying appointment – ​​that shows genuine thoughtfulness and compassion. I can wholeheartedly recommend her.
