My wife and me are so appreciated to Dr. Mara Tipuric. We are Ukrainian refugees. She helped to our cat for free.

I don't like writing reviews, but I must say this is the best vet I've ever met. She was very patient and gentle with both us and our pets. It was 7 pm this time after vaccinating our cats, but there was still a waiting list. We noticed that she often works overtime for the animals. Very very great vet!

+ Positive: No appointment necessary; you can come to the walk-in hours, even if you're not a regular patient. Comparatively inexpensive. Friendly veterinary assistant. - Negative: "Tact" is a foreign concept. The dog is snapped at because it won't sit still while the nail is cauterized, a cut that goes deep into the quick without any anesthetic (even though the nail is transparent and cut as short as possible). Surprise, surprise, that it bleeds profusely and the dog is terrified. Perhaps they should invest in more staff who can hold the animals down if they practice like this. If they had told me beforehand what they were going to do, I would have left the practice immediately. You can trim nails into the quick under anesthesia, but certainly not like this! How sensible that is with an inflammation in the nail bed is questionable anyway! Pain medication is deemed ineffective, even though the dog is in pain (as the owner, I can see perfectly well how my dog ​​looks and limps depending on the level of pain). We only went there because our regular vet was on vacation. Never again. I'd rather pay three times as much at the clinic and get proper treatment. In short: the wound looks worse after the visit than before.

We are extremely satisfied with Dr. Tipuric and her wonderful team! They are very friendly, competent, and loving in their handling of our cats. You immediately feel well cared for, and everything is explained clearly. We will definitely only take our cats to her from now on – highly recommended!

Ms. Tipuric treated my dog ​​Bailey (an Italian Greyhound) as an emergency patient after a dog bite. Since we don't live nearby, we weren't familiar with the practice beforehand. Because Bailey was bleeding heavily and in a lot of pain, Ms. Tipuric even came to the practice early. The wounds were professionally treated multiple times, and X-rays were taken immediately on site. Ms. Tipuric is incredibly empathetic and has tremendous patience. I am also particularly grateful for how empathetic she was with me, how she cared for me so tenderly, and how she calmed me down. The two subsequent follow-up examinations also went absolutely smoothly and professionally. We are so glad to have found such a wonderful veterinarian in this extremely stressful situation. We wholeheartedly recommend Ms. Tipuric! Thank you so much for everything!
