Professional and friendly team!

The difference in business practices between a veterinary practice previously run by a sole proprietor and one subsequently taken over by an investor is enormous. Everything has become significantly more expensive, and this is by no means solely due to the general increase in veterinary fees. The "old" staff has been consistently replaced with much younger people, which is telling in itself. My cat and I are deeply saddened by this development, which, unfortunately, was to be expected. The bloated bureaucracy and numerous managers have to be paid, after all. We are looking for new veterinary care; definitely not one with investors. Sometimes prejudices are even more confirmed by reality.
