Tierarzt-Praxis Dr. Ute von Wedel

I don't understand the complaints or negative reviews on the various platforms... I've come to know Dr. Wedel as an upright veterinarian who goes above and beyond her physical limitations (illness) to be there for her patients. Her diagnoses have always been accurate for my two dogs, and her treatment methods have been helpful, resulting in rapid improvement in all cases. I never observed any rough treatment of animals or people. The only thing is that she works alone and therefore sometimes seems a little stressed – which, as a person, I find completely understandable given her workload. However, she was never unfriendly. As a pet owner, one should also be able to connect with others. Her practice is always clean and spacious. Minor surgeries can be performed on-site. There's a scale in the waiting room, so the animals can be weighed upon arrival, thus shortening the process (and the waiting time). For me and my two four-legged friends, Dr. Wedel will continue to be and remain my number one choice. Thank you.

I can't find anything negative about the doctor. I was looking for a new vet for my two cats anyway and had previously visited two other vets. First, our tomcat was sick, and she treated him excellently. Today, unfortunately, our older cat was sick, and it was again very nice; she was treated excellently. They even gave me tips on how to administer medication. The price is also reasonable, not too expensive for me. When you have animals, you have to have money for the vet! I highly recommend her :) We'll continue to go there!

I'd rather give this zero stars! Due to an incorrect diagnosis for our cat and treatment with the wrong medication, we had to take our little one to the clinic two days later. The diagnosis there: foreign body in the intestine, peritonitis, and intestinal perforation. Today our little one crossed the rainbow bridge. I'll never set foot in that practice again!

I once took my dog ​​to this woman. My dog ​​had an open wound on his head, and the doctor didn't even properly examine it because she didn't want to touch my dog. She gave me some kind of spray to clean the wound with, and she said it should heal on its own, but that didn't happen. So, I went to a fantastic vet in ANG who put antibiotics in the wound and stapled it shut, and then it healed.

The doctor was direct and honest! After the examination, she kindly told me* that our cat (15 years old) was very sick and that we should expect her to die... If things get worse, we can also put her down. That's only fair! I've always been satisfied with the doctor!
