I went to the emergency room with my cat at 8 a.m. on Friday. The doctor was very rude, and although it quickly became clear that we wanted to put the cat down, the doctor felt things weren't moving fast enough. My cat hadn't been properly dissected and then received the injection to die, which caused her to suffer again for a short time. Very unprofessional and not humane.
We've been taking our dogs there for quite a while now. The whole team is really nice and goes out of their way to help, and they're incredibly quick when needed! The prices are more than fair! We and the dogs are happy at the practice 🤗
