One star is already too many. According to Google, opening hours are until 8 p.m. We arrived shortly after 7:30 p.m. with an injured stray animal. She wouldn't let us in and shouted through the window that we should contact the emergency services, before slamming the window shut. I can't understand how a veterinarian can simply send away an injured animal that's in front of your house.

We've been taking our furry friends to this vet for years. We've always received excellent advice, and the animals have been treated very well. She has never misdiagnosed or mistreated my pets. She always takes her time, is very careful, and explains in detail what needs to be done once the diagnosis has been made.

We feel very well cared for and advised there with our dog. Dr. Stelzer takes the time to answer all our questions and gives a competent impression. Very good value for money. Thank you :-)

Unfortunately, we only spoke on the phone, but they were very nice and sent me straight to Nuremberg. That was our lucky break. Thank you!

Never again!!! I went there with my dog, she wasn't feeling well. The internet was listed as open. The phone only went to answering machine. I went in and explained that my dog ​​wasn't feeling well. They weren't working today. Love for animals failed 😡
