My dog ​​Balu, who is still a puppy, ate a bar of chocolate while I was out. I had previously heard that chocolate might even be good for dogs. Full of worry, I called the vet's office shortly before midnight and explained my concern. The vet told me on the phone that I shouldn't worry, which I confirmed over the next few days. My dog ​​showed no signs of any problems, and I was already relieved. The vet explained everything so thoroughly and clearly on the phone that I took her advice and didn't drive to the vet that evening. I was very pleasantly surprised by the phone call and can only recommend it.

The assistants were all really friendly. But the doctor, who looked very young and seemed more than a little inexperienced or something, was really out of it. Her sentences were very heavy and slow, so that it was really difficult to listen! And we didn't get a diagnosis either. But for the few services that were provided, the bill was good! We were quoted a completely different price for x-rays beforehand, but the x-rays weren't done and the price didn't change! Something isn't right! We were billed for things that weren't done on our dog! I can only agree, the only thing that matters here is to get as much money as possible! Really sad! First and last time!
