Having had many rescued and thus timid animals and experienced many different Vet clinics, I am very comfortable with Dr. Range and the staff in treating my timid and elderly cat.

The entire team is incredibly empathetic towards both animals and people. Even after closing time, they were able to offer telephone advice in emergencies. Please keep up the good work!

The veterinarians are very friendly and always available. Dr. Betje Harke, in particular, went to great lengths to care for our cat a few years ago (she was already 14 years old and had bone cancer). We could call her anytime, and she always came to the practice in Lachendorf. Sadly, she had to be euthanized in the end. Now we have two cats again. We haven't had Dr. Betje Harke as our veterinarian again since, but all the other veterinarians are also very kind and caring. This also applies to the reception team (usually Ms. Sylke Freiberg is there).

From day one, we've felt we're in excellent hands here. Every question—no matter how insignificant it may seem—is answered patiently and expertly. Even the smallest problems are handled with great dedication and attentive care. The entire practice team is simply wonderful. We always enjoy bringing our cat here because it's clear that everyone has a real knack for animals and treats them with great empathy. We wholeheartedly recommend this practice.
