Reviews
Thank you to the whole team. The doctors are wonderful! ❤️ A big thank you to the reception staff. Best regards
I had to use the emergency veterinary service today, Sunday. There was no long wait, and my cat received a thorough examination and treatment. Many thanks to Dr. Nina Merten, who not only calmed the patient down 🙂. I can highly recommend this practice.
Hello Hohne Veterinary Practice Team, based on your email explanation, I deleted my negative review about two weeks ago. However, I believe that for the benefit of others, not only positive but also dissatisfied customers should be able to share their reviews publicly. My wife brought our Pyrenean Mountain Dog, Nero, to your practice with a lab result confirming a babesiosis infection. She came to you because my friend, a retired veterinarian, and our regular vet didn't have the necessary medication on hand. At your practice, another lab test was performed, even though we had already provided you with our results (which were only two to three days old). Your explanation was that the results might have changed. You wrote that, at my wife's request, Nero then received the medication injection. Yesterday, Nero received his follow-up injection, and he's been doing significantly better since the first one. I've shown your written explanation to my friend and Nero's veterinarian. Both have decades of experience. No one can understand your reasoning and the resulting unnecessary lab tests. Yesterday's examination, including the medication, cost a quarter of your fee. I don't doubt that good work is done in your practice, but in my opinion, you clearly went too far in our case.
Thank you to the veterinary practice! Lately, we've unfortunately had to use the emergency service quite often on weekends, and we are incredibly grateful that we can always reach someone there, no matter what time it is. A special thank you goes to Ms. Höft, who had to deliver the most difficult news to us with great sensitivity and honesty... that our beloved cat Nume wouldn't be with us much longer. We also thank the entire team from the bottom of our hearts for the lovely card.
