I'd love to give it 0 stars! My 6-month-old guinea pig died due to a mistake, even though it was a routine operation! The error was acknowledged, but nothing more than a "I'm sorry," came from the doctor.

I took my pet to many veterinarians to find the right one. But I have to admit that the prices at this particular veterinary practice were very high and incomprehensible. I understand that veterinary costs are never cheap. Furthermore, I didn't appreciate that the veterinarian barely explained what she was doing or why. She simply stated that she was going to prescribe a whole bottle of medication and that it would be expensive, without explaining why. Only after I asked did she finally explain. I won't be coming back here because I felt my pet wasn't in good hands. Other veterinarians were simply better. In my opinion.

A fantastic veterinary practice! I've never been disappointed. All the vets and veterinary assistants are incredibly dedicated. Everyone there really knows their stuff 😊 Their expertise with small rodents is top-notch! I've often missed that at other vets, but not here 👍

Very high prices, and I had the feeling that they treated something unnecessary just to be able to bill more. It's a shame that people don't know enough to check things themselves, and that this is then exploited. There are no explanations either. Even when taking a temperature, the thermometer is deliberately held in a way that makes it impossible to see, and afterwards they just say he has a fever, but don't even say how high it is. I can only advise against going to this practice!
