A very nice vet. We took our Jonny Boy to him on Tuesday. He discovered that the little guy had gingivitis. He gave him an antibiotic injection and also gave him tablets to take home. By Thursday, Jonny Boy was back to his old self and up to his usual antics. The vet did such a great job helping him. The receptionists are very nice ladies. We are so happy with him and are having Jonny Boy have a minor operation with him at the beginning of March.
Simply a very good, highly recommended veterinary practice. Here, your pet is in good hands.
Everything is done for the animals, and even if money is tight, no one turns you away. Animal welfare is the top priority here, and that's something you don't find everywhere these days.
Great disappointment: After 35 years as a regular customer, we needed help from Dr. Otto Soujon. Our male dog was dying and in great pain. Our request for help was denied, saying he couldn't come in because the consultation started in two hours. We were extremely surprised and confused. The staff at the practice are very polite and helpful, and beyond reproach. Our dog had to suffer for another day for no reason. If you're truly looking for help, you've come to the wrong place. I would not recommend him.
This was my first time there to have my cat spayed. I dropped her off at 8 a.m., filled out a few forms, and asked when I could pick her up. They said 4 p.m., and I left. I picked up my cat at 4 p.m., and then came the rude awakening. Days before, I had made an appointment by phone for that day. I asked how much it would cost. The receptionist said between €186 and €197, and I thought, okay, that's not too bad. When I picked up my cat, I received a bill for €242.36. That was a shock. Of course, I paid it immediately. At home, I looked at the bill. I paid almost €26 just for the initial consultation and advice, which didn't even take place between the vet and me. That's really outrageous. I only spoke to the receptionists. There's no need to come back to have the stitches removed. Why did my cat get antibiotics? These are all questions no one could answer. I wouldn't recommend this vet to anyone. If you care about your pet, go to someone else. I will never take my cats there again. I am so disappointed. I don't even know what this vet looks like or if he operated on my cat or if it was the receptionist. It's really sad.
