We were there as substitute patients, and I was absolutely delighted! The practice is beautifully furnished, hygienic, and the appointment management (at least in my opinion) is excellent! I was able to get an appointment for my cat spontaneously for half an hour later and didn't have to wait even 10 minutes! The vet was competent, and the assistants were super friendly! My cat received prompt care, and I felt completely well looked after and understood (I think my cat did too 😄). Furthermore, I appreciate that I didn't have to spend a fortune on the examination/treatment! If my regular vet is on vacation next time, I would definitely go back to this practice :) Thank you so much!

I came as a substitute since my practice was closed for vacation. I couldn't believe it – one phone call and I was able to get an appointment just before lunchtime. What a wonderful practice! I searched for a long time for such a good practice. All the staff are incredibly friendly and the veterinarians are very competent. The animals' welfare is their top priority!

We haven't lived here long and needed a good vet. Where do you even begin? How do you find the right one? Well, you look at the reviews and there it was: a practice in Gamsen. Perfect, not far away. We made an appointment by phone, which was very pleasant. We were able to take our dog there the same day and we weren't disappointed at all. Everyone was very friendly, we felt completely at ease, and we can wholeheartedly recommend this practice to anyone. Dr. Fährmann is a very kind vet to both people and dogs. She helped us a lot. It was our first time there and I'm very satisfied. The doctor and staff were very friendly. The waiting room was spacious. We got an appointment quickly and our dog seemed comfortable.
