A very friendly and highly motivated team at the practice. Digital check-in is possible, but card payments are not accepted – a shame. Veterinarian Eßer examined my dog ​​(back) carefully and gently and gave me a thorough briefing for the next two weeks. I was surprised by the very reasonable bill. I will gladly return if needed.

It was an older vet. Very nice and thorough. Just what you'd want for both people and animals. However, there was a woman with a dog waiting who apparently didn't have an appointment and was snapped at a bit by a young veterinary assistant. I found that very off-putting. But the waiting time with an appointment was excellent.

Speed ​​and competence are great. They both helped us tremendously in an emergency with empathy and calm.

I found Dr. Svenja Joswig to be a friendly, open, and helpful veterinarian. She was loving and patient with us and our dog.
