I called the emergency number indicated as 24/24h on the website, because my cat is not well. I don't speak German very well, and I asked the woman who picked up if she spoke English. With that, I was hung up on. Thank you, politeness, kindness, welcome, what can I say ??? While I'm stressing about my pet !!! Or maybe the site should say "for Germans only"??!!!
Thank you, here the animal comes first, then the money. Unfortunately, this is rare in Germany, hence 5 stars. Top-notch equipment, wonderful person.
A truly excellent veterinarian. He works with heart and expertise, always prioritizing the animal's well-being over profit. He avoids unnecessary procedures unless specifically requested. He handles everything from minor to major problems with exceptional care. He also takes the owner's anxieties into account. I've had no negative experiences and wholeheartedly recommend him. He's always available, even on holidays, and his wife is happy to connect you with the appropriate person on the phone. (She's also a very nice person.) My three cats send their heartfelt thanks.
I've been going to this vet for 11 years and have always been very satisfied. He takes excellent care of his animal patients. His prices are reasonable.
After taking my dog Lucy to another veterinary practice and feeling quite unsettled, I decided to come here. They took their time, performed an ultrasound, and explained everything calmly. Instead of immediately recommending surgery, they carefully assessed the situation. The ultrasound showed only a mild inflammation of the uterus without any pus or urgent need for surgery. Lucy was treated with medication and is already showing significant improvement. I especially appreciated the calm, empathetic approach and the fact that I felt truly heard and understood. It was clear that the animal's well-being was their top priority, and they weren't rushing into anything. Thank you so much for the honest, clear, and animal-centered consultation.
