Excellent. Very caring vet and nurse.
We've been there several times with our dog Paula and have always felt very comfortable. Even if you have questions, they are answered patiently. In an emergency, we received very quick help outside of opening hours. We are truly grateful, and this review is long overdue! Thank you so much and best regards, Sina, Fabian, and Paula
I inquired about a morning appointment at the veterinary practice because my dog has an ear infection. I was offered an afternoon appointment. I then explained my situation: heavily pregnant, toddler only in childcare in the mornings, and unfortunately no outside help available as my husband is away on business. The woman on the phone responded rudely, "What am I supposed to make of that?" It's not that I couldn't get a last-minute appointment—that's fine—but I find this unempathetic attitude truly inappropriate. A simple "I'm sorry, but we really can't offer another appointment" would have sufficed.
We were devastated to lose our favorite vet (Feuerherdt). However, Ms. Zauner had already made a very competent impression with our horses. My dog suddenly went into severe pain, and I had to see Ms. Zauner in the emergency clinic just before closing time. With her calm and professional manner, she reassured both my dog and me, and performed emergency surgery late into the night, saving her life! A thousand thanks from Lotte and me; we've found our vet! 😃
