Absolutely fantastic, so helpful with our dog, and cats, very caring, super professional, best vets I have been to here in Germany. Believe me I have had some terrible experiences!!!Thank you so much
December 30, 2025: A disastrous day. My dog needed emergency surgery. Hardly any vet had time, and no clinic would treat her. Then Dr. Meyer. My dog stumbled into the practice. Everyone knew it was an emergency. Everything was initiated, tests were performed, and decisions were made. Yet, I was also taken care of—I'm very impressed. Consultations were made before the surgery. After the critical emergency surgery, I was allowed to take her home that same evening. December 31, 2025: Check-up; my dog felt like a new dog. A week later, the staples were removed, and the results were discussed—devastating, yet the staff remained objective and compassionate. Four months later: vaccination; she had her physical exam. 🤪 Everyone was happy to see my dog again. The joy was short-lived. Last Saturday, I received my devastating email: My dog has decided to cross the Rainbow Bridge 🌈🖤. I had forgotten to mention something. In case of emergency, it said: Call me. Okay, I did, but unfortunately without success. However, I knew Dr. Meyer was on her way to vacation. Nothing ventured, nothing gained, I thought. It could have worked 😬 I really hoped I could reach her so she could be there for my dog during this final and most important step in her life. Saving one life ❤️ Letting one life go with love 🖤🌈😭 Despite her vacation, I received a fantastic, loving email response to my message ❤️ A doctor with heart, love, understanding, and humanity. A team around her who are just like her ❤️❤️ I would entrust my pet to Dr. Meyer and her team anytime, if I ever got another one. When I come back, and I will come back ☺️, I hope they will be practicing for a very long time. Thank you for being there.
I went to the vet today to have my dog receive the hormone implant. We were there for a total of 20 minutes and everything went incredibly quickly. We didn't have a long wait, and yet everything was explained very thoroughly. I really can only say positive things about it. Thank you so much! ☺️
Dr. Meyer is a wonderful, competent veterinarian, and her team is fantastic—everyone is very caring and compassionate. We never felt alone, no matter what was wrong with our Golden Retriever, Barney. 😊 We received excellent care right up to the end, and Barney felt very comfortable there. I highly recommend this practice, and if we ever have another pet, this would be my first choice. 🥰 Thank you so much for everything! 😊
A huge thank you to Dr. Meyer, who asked me to come to her practice on Sunday to change the bandage on my Rottweiler Devil's paw. She deserves 5 stars 🌟 for that! And thank you to her team for their patience and kindness.
