Reviews
Dr. Müller is one of the best veterinarians around! She's very empathetic with the animals, takes her time with them, and the treatments have always been great. BUT what's completely unacceptable is one of the veterinary assistants. I've never experienced such unfriendly and rude staff! It's understandable that someone might have a bad day, but she's absolutely unfriendly and cheeky every time we call or talk to her at reception! We've been going to Dr. Müller for many years, but her assistant gets more and more unfriendly every year! This unfortunately has to be said. Dr. Müller deserves 5 stars! The assistant, unfortunately, doesn't. What a shame…
...Well, what can I say? A fantastic practice with a great team and two very empathetic veterinarians who have been caring for our animals for a long time and give them excellent advice for recovery! Our 18-year-old cat is very sensitive to stress, and they handle it very well. If there are dogs in the waiting room, we've even been shown to another room without hesitation... In short: the animals AND their owners are in very good hands here!!!
I was there with my mouse and I thought it was good that they treat even the smallest patients.
A nice, friendly practice. Everything is explained very well.
We were on a camping trip with our miniature schnauzer when he fell ill with what's known as hydrant diarrhea. We called several veterinarians in the area, who immediately turned us away or referred us to an animal health center. We could have gone there the following evening. The staff member at the animal health center was the first to inquire about our dog and his specific symptoms, and she consulted with one of the veterinarians. Fortunately, we were able to reach Dr. Müller's practice that same afternoon. She usually only sees patients by appointment. The practice immediately agreed that we could come an hour later if we were willing to wait. Relieved, we drove there and, after a five-minute wait, Dr. Müller called us into the examination room. With empathy and expertise, she examined our dog, explained her findings, and took the time to treat him. All of this happened unexpectedly during a scheduled appointment. We would like to express our sincere gratitude once again, as well as to all the other staff members at the practice. We were so happy and relieved that we were able to get help for our dog so quickly, and he was noticeably better the very next day. All that remains for us to say is: Thank you so, so much!!!!
