The best veterinarian I know. Super competent, always ready to listen, and very empathetic. She saved my dog's life again today.

My usually so feisty long-haired cat let the new team shave her (almost without resistance). I've been going to the practice at Stern for years, including to the previous vet (Dr. Salzbrunn), and have always been very satisfied. 😀 Update - I just took my second cat there... she too was delighted with the new practice rooms and the staff and is very happy. 😉 Even after being shaved (with light sedation), my long-haired cat is back in good spirits and ready for summer.

A really friendly welcome, the doctor was very nice. It's a place you'd gladly go if your dog has any problems.

The staff were very, very friendly and the veterinarians were extremely competent, providing excellent advice and wonderful treatment. My pet felt comfortable and I felt very comfortable. Many thanks to the entire team.

Preventive Care and Vaccinations I am very disappointed with the Sternplatz veterinary practice. My dog ​​was completely ignored, even though she was trembling due to an altercation with another dog in the waiting room. In the examination room, the assistant immediately took the initiative and restrained my dog, which is completely unacceptable. I am her primary caregiver, providing her with comfort and security when she is scared. Instead, I was reprimanded and told to leave my dog ​​alone. The veterinarian didn't interact with my dog ​​at all but immediately began the examination. Even when my dog ​​resisted, she was not respected and was forcibly restrained. During the vaccination, my little dog screamed in pain. I had been taking my animals to the previous veterinarian for a very long time. I have also gained experience at other practices, through emergency services and while on vacation. Thankfully, I never had such a negative experience as at this practice. I have only heard good things about Ms. Zauner, but the staff at the Sternplatz veterinary practice are simply unacceptable. A practice is only as good or bad as its employees. I want to spare my dog ​​this bad experience in the future.
