Reviews
I contacted the emergency veterinary service at night because my dog urgently needed veterinary care. Unfortunately, I was turned away with the explanation that my dog wasn't a patient there and that the practice was already covering for nine other veterinarians. My journey would only have taken about 20 minutes. Instead, I was referred to an animal hospital in Celle, which was over an hour's drive away. In an emergency, every minute counts, and I find it very disappointing that an emergency service turns away patients and pet owners and refers them to facilities much further away. I understand that the workload for emergency services is high. Nevertheless, an emergency service should fulfill its purpose and provide assistance to the best of its ability, or at least offer a comprehensible and animal-welfare-oriented solution.
Highly recommended, it's already saved my French Bulldog's life! I've been with her for over 10 years!
The practice team is very friendly; your pet is in the right hands. Everything is explained very well. We had to come in for an emergency and were able to get in without an appointment.
We brought our 5 1/2-month-old German Shepherd, Shadow, to the vet on Saturday as an emergency after he ate poisonous irises (including the rhizomes). The vet and the whole team were incredibly kind, calm, and competent. We were treated and advised quickly. We felt very well cared for. Highly recommended 😊🐾
