Tierarzt-Thelen

We took our Landseer, Karlo, to Dr. Thelen's vet in December. We felt very comfortable, and so did Karlo. Everything was explained to us, and we were able to pick him up later. I must say, if we ever need a vet again, we will definitely see him again. Dr. Thelen has earned our trust, unlike a veterinary clinic in Mönchengladbach, which abused that trust twice in one year, leaving our dogs never to return home. Thank you, Mr. Urban Thelen, for your expertise and for being there.

We are very satisfied with Dr. Thelen. He is very competent and empathetic. Our dogs enjoy going to him.

The photo shows my rooster before treatment. I have chickens, and it's practically impossible to find vets in my immediate area who treat them. My rooster had a fight and needed antibiotics and wound cleaning. Every vet turned me away on the phone, even for what was considered a minor wound cleaning (by vets' standards). Mr. Thelen offered to come in within an hour. He cleaned the wound without hesitation and gave my rooster antibiotics. It's a shame so many vets turned me away. I can understand it for complicated cases, but not for something so routine (for a vet). Thank you, Mr. Thelen, for your quick, professional, and very kind help.

We visited Dr. Thelen for the first time today. A fantastic, thorough veterinarian. He takes his time. Highly recommended. Plus, his prices are reasonable. After a few less pleasant vet encounters, this was a very competent and friendly one.

This was my second visit to Dr. Thelen. I'm simply convinced of his abilities. Now that I trust him, I'd like to work on helping my dog ​​develop trust as well.
