Kleintierpraxis Ammann

A fantastic veterinary practice. You feel understood and well cared for there. Excellent advice on pet food. Parking is available on site. The team is very friendly. The vet is simply superb! Highly recommended.

Never again! That was the last time I'll ever set foot in that practice. For the last three years, I've taken my cat there almost every month, and they always just give her two injections and tell her to come back in ten days. I've left a fortune there, which I find outrageous. And to euthanize her with an injection into her heart when I've said I don't want that, and he ignores me and does it anyway, is completely unacceptable...and €155 for euthanasia—what justifies that for just two injections? He used to be a good vet, but somehow it's gone to his head.

The term "small animal" is conveniently removed from the name. I went there to have my budgie checked out because I suspected he had a crop infection. He was gagging, smelled abnormal, and was always very weak. The wonderful vet charged us 60 euros and sent us home after 10 minutes, claiming my budgie was perfectly healthy. A week later, my budgie is vomiting and nearly falling off his perch. Thanks for nothing.

A huge thank you to Dr. Ammann, he gave our buddy a peaceful passing. Thank you Anja and Dieter Schmitz.

It's great that you don't need an appointment for everything. Very friendly staff.
