My first visit, and despite our lateness, I was met with a high degree of empathy, flexibility, and love for animals. I was thrilled, my four-legged friend not so much. But that's been the case with every vet visit so far. However, I came away with a very good impression and can highly recommend the practice. Whether the trip will be worthwhile for me remains to be seen, but everything was excellent in terms of service. Thank you!

I absolutely love this practice. I found out about it through an emergency service. Then I had surgery for pyometra. Everything was great. Now I'm getting my dogs vaccinated. I have two somewhat difficult Appenzeller Mountain Dogs. They go to great lengths to make my four-legged friends happy, and that's very important to me as their owner. Thank you to everyone who works there ❤️

Saturday at the emergency vet clinic. We called in the morning but couldn't reach anyone. The clinic told us to wait for a callback after our conversation (we had the feeling they'd rather not come). We went to the clinic in the afternoon, but the dog wasn't any better. When we looked at the bill at home, we were very surprised to find that we had been charged for the phone call. Furthermore, our vet hadn't received any notification of what medication was administered until yesterday (it wasn't on the bill either). Thank you for the initial assistance.

She's certainly a good veterinarian, but unfortunately lacks any sense of what's good for an animal or not. She leaves her own dogs in the car when the outside temperature is 22 degrees Celsius and feels personally attacked if you point out that it might be getting too hot, even with the window slightly open. What a shame.
