Reviews
We have been patients of Dr. Ebenböck and his colleagues for 11 years with a total of 7 dogs. We always feel very well cared for, with the right balance of care and attention for the animals, and honest discussions about whether treatment is necessary or just a way to make money. Twice, they even made house calls to let our seriously ill dogs go to sleep in the comfort of their own homes, surrounded by their families and pack, sparing them the stressful trip to the clinic.
As holiday guests, we were able to get an appointment for our dog very quickly, even though he'd internalized two socks! Although we weren't successful, we were also able to get him an X-ray on Saturday. Furthermore, Ms. Wenzel patiently tried to help us. Many thanks to the incredibly friendly team as well. A fantastic practice!
We went to the emergency vet on a public holiday because our cat urgently needed immediate help after a serious accident. I am all the more grateful to the entire practice team for the quick and professional care. The vet was very competent and empathetic, and he explained everything about the surgery and treatment to me clearly. I was particularly impressed that he personally called after the operation, even though it was late, to let me know how it was going. That was a great help. When I picked her up, I was also given excellent information about the medication and what to expect in the coming days. Many thanks to the wonderful team!
In my opinion, the best veterinarian. Dr. Ebenböck himself is incredibly empathetic and has helped us with our German Shepherd for almost eight years with all sorts of minor and major issues. I'd like to mention that our German Shepherd is a very sensitive animal and yelps as soon as you touch a sensitive area. We were greeted warmly on every visit and even treated in the waiting room because my dog was relaxing there. He wasn't forced to move. Dr. Ebenböck told us to keep the experience as stress-free as possible, and he kept his word. We can only report top-notch treatment and excellent diagnoses. However, we always ask for a specific diagnosis. He also always treated our Pomeranian with palpable passion. The receptionists are always friendly and helpful. I think this practice is fantastic and I will continue to be a loyal customer. Keep up the great work! We think you're wonderful!! As long as I have animals in my life, I will continue to visit this practice.
We took our 5-month-old rescue kitten to this veterinary practice because of a severe skin rash. She is very anxious and has only been with us for three weeks, so a particularly gentle approach was important to us. We would like to commend the generally friendly manner in which the staff treated our pet. Unfortunately, no thorough diagnostic tests were performed to determine the cause of the rash. The veterinarian stated directly that they would first "treat mites." When we asked if it could be a food allergy, the only response was a very unfriendly, "We don't know." Overall, we felt we weren't being taken seriously. During the examination, it also seemed as if some of the staff were in a meeting, which made the examination appear less than thorough. Even our inquiry about whether her claws could be trimmed (since we assumed we would be prescribed medication that we would need to administer without injuring ourselves) was met with a very dismissive response. We were told that cats don't need their claws trimmed and that they naturally wear them down. The question of what we intended to give her referred to the medication prescribed by the vet. In the end, an ointment was prescribed that actually worsened the rash instead of helping. Overall, the examination was not thorough, even though we paid a considerable sum for it. Very disappointing.
