As a breeder, I feel exceptionally well cared for at the veterinary practice of Christian and Katja Herschke in Bergen. Especially when you bear responsibility for breeding animals and puppies, it's invaluable to have such a competent and dedicated team by your side. The emergency service is outstanding – you receive support at any time and are never left alone, even in critical situations. The team is exceptionally well-qualified: Christian Herschke is at the forefront with his extensive experience in surgical procedures and always conveys the reassurance of being in the best hands. Katja Herschke complements this not only with her expertise in behavioral therapy but also with her own experience as a breeder. She is highly committed, proactive, provides close support, and has a special understanding of breeders' needs. Dr. Birgit Liser excels in both dental treatment and with her in-depth knowledge of neonatology – a tremendous asset. Asunta (I can't recall her last name right now) specializes in dermatology and provides targeted and competent help even with complex skin problems, without overcharging the client. The other veterinarians – including those specializing in large animal medicine – as well as the entire support team contribute to this high standard. Special praise goes to Marie at reception and the entire team of assistants: always friendly, organized, helpful, and truly dedicated. What I also greatly appreciate is the emphasis placed on thorough diagnostics. Treatments are not unnecessary; instead, the issues are investigated thoroughly – which saves costs in the long run and spares the animal unnecessary stress. The value for money is also unbeatable compared to many other clinics. For me, this is a practice that combines expertise, dedication, and genuine love for animals at the highest level.
