Very Kind with My Little dogs. He explains everything with details. He knows what he’s doing. Excellent vet!

Our dog has been to Mr. Körtel four or five times, and each time he was very caring and took his time. He's a very fair and honest veterinarian who also has a great deal of knowledge beyond the usual scope.

Admittedly, I only arrived with my dog shortly before the end of the consultation hours because he suddenly had severe breathing problems at home, and I was genuinely afraid he was going to suffocate. I was holding him when I rang the doorbell and briefly explained the problem when the door was opened. The only reaction was, "Well, you'll have to sit in the waiting room now; I have other patients, and I hadn't planned for this." He turned around and left. Thanks a lot, I hadn't planned for my dog to suffocate either. I just told him to take his time and just breathe until the vet could see him. (???) After a few anxious minutes in the waiting room, I left and got help elsewhere. I completely understand if you're too tired or busy with other patients just before the end of the consultation hours, but simply sending someone to the waiting room when they've just brought in an animal that can't breathe is utterly irresponsible.

A highly competent veterinarian who takes plenty of time for his patients. We are so glad we brought our Briard, Aslan, to him. Thanks to his extensive expertise in acupuncture and neural therapy, he healed our furry friend. Thank you so much for everything!
