Reviews
My animals feel comfortable at the practice. The treatments so far have been professional, efficient, and successful. If Ms. Bartsch isn't sure about something, she doesn't waste time trying to treat it herself, but refers the patient to a specialist. I'm very happy with that.
Great team, competent and empathetic. Dr. Bartsch handled my cat very gently and talked to him the entire time during the examination. She explained everything to me in detail during the examination. I've never had such a wonderful veterinarian before. I highly recommend this veterinary practice.
We only went there once with our cat. The practice seemed extremely unhygienic. We were the only ones there, and there was an IV drip in the waiting room with blood coming from the end – just one of the things that unfortunately struck us as negative. Our cat did receive good care, but we were only there for a claw trim. Because of the hygiene issues, we never went back.
Unfortunately, no one practices there anymore... The trip was for nothing.
It's a mystery to me why this practice even has a phone line. I tried unsuccessfully to reach anyone for two weeks. Unbelievable!! I've since found another practice and was welcomed very warmly. If you don't need the business...🤷♂️
