More and more often, this is my first choice for a local veterinary practice for my dog and cat. They always provide a friendly, calm, and thorough examination. I haven't been to a practice like this in a long time, where you don't feel like a time-consuming client. 👍👍👍
I visited the "new vet" at this practice for the first time. I was very impressed by her thoroughness and fairness. My dog was being treated at another veterinary practice. Unfortunately, that vet was unavailable for my emergency. I was furious. But she referred me back to my usual vet for further treatment. She didn't have to! Her treatment and explanation of the illness impressed me greatly... and helped my dog 👍 I used her services again after 8 months. My 16-year-old cat needed a pedicure. Just like the first time, I was very impressed with the vet. Even though the practice was full, she took her time and cared for my pet and me! I'm thrilled! ❤ The old cat was also completely calm, which I attribute in no small part to the calm demeanor of the vet and her assistant. Very satisfied again!
I am very satisfied with my veterinarian. Every question is answered, and she takes an incredible amount of time for each patient. I have complete trust in her.
A very good veterinarian and assistant, but... The receptionist is ABSOLUTELY tactless. She's unfriendly, immediately raises her voice, and behaves provocatively – it's as if she thinks she's the doctor there. I was there a week ago with my cat. She's 17 years old. The vet diagnosed her with hyperthyroidism. We're following the treatment she prescribed. My cat is already feeling better, but I can see that she can't eat properly because of dental problems. I called and asked for an antibiotic, as anesthesia isn't possible right now, but she's not eating and the inflammation needs to be reduced. The receptionist was absolutely unfriendly: "Your cat has several problems. Bring her here." I told her, "We just need the antibiotic; the cat isn't eating. Otherwise, she'll starve." – "No, bring her here!" My husband then brought the cat over. But this woman wouldn't even let him see the vet; she sent him away and referred him to the Wasbek clinic without even checking on him! What do you call that? Does the receptionist now decide whether we get to see the vet or not? Is she a veterinarian? Her job is to help the animals, schedule appointments, and process payments... The conversation was conducted in a very raised voice! It's not the first time I've had a conflict with this woman. Up until now, I always thought: Well, everyone has a bad day now and then, it happens. But today it became clear that speaking to pet owners like this is perfectly normal for her! In short: The vet is absolutely recommendable, but the reception staff is a disaster and extremely rude! Because of this person, I have no desire to visit this practice again.
Excellent examination, empathetic – simply top-notch! Many thanks to the lovely team who helped us so quickly and competently. Our dog Leo was in excellent hands, and we feel completely at ease. Highly recommended!
