Awful vet! I took my rabbit there some time ago to have its molars trimmed. The rabbit wasn't restrained or anything like that, so I stopped the treatment. I went to another vet, who then discovered that they had unfortunately already injured my rabbit's cheek area by not restraining it. This wound became so badly infected that pus even leaked into its eye socket! The rabbit had to be euthanized!! A few years later, we (unfortunately) went back to this vet, this time with our dog, because of their good prices. We wanted an X-ray because my dog had a lump on his ribs. The lump was palpated for three seconds, then we were told it was a tumor, and if it had grown that quickly, it wasn't a good one. We should just accept that the dog wouldn't live much longer. No X-ray, nothing. We were, of course, completely distraught and then went to yet another vet who examined the lump more closely. It was an infected wound, and with antibiotics and lancing the abscess, the problem was quickly resolved. I would only ever use this vet for cheaper medications; I would never let any of my animals be treated there again.

Never again. Old Mr. Dose had a good reputation. But now the current doctor at the practice is unpleasant, loud, and unfriendly. And in my opinion, incompetent. My dog had a hairline fracture in her joint as a puppy. After a year, I wanted to know how the fracture had progressed. The first day we looked at the x-ray, he told me the joint was completely ruined. He wanted to show the x-ray to a specialist, though. When I asked if I should mix supplements or things like green-lipped mussel into her food, he replied, "Full program." And today, two months later, he looks at the x-ray and asks me if my dog is still limping. I said no. And he says everything has healed. I thanked him politely and left the place for good.
