Dr Pürstl provides excellent care, speaks very good English and is very considerate in her handling of my dog. She takes the time to explain things which is very important to me. I went once when my dog was bitten and another time with an ear infection. Both times the healing was as she explained. She also uses the Eltiga app so all the medical records are recorded and available for me to check and show another vet if needed. I feel very confident with her advice and knowledge - and like many dog owners, my dog is one of the most important people in my life!
The staff is really friendly and gentle with the animals. Everything from booking, having the appointment, to paying was extremely smooth and efficient. I will definitely be coming back :)
I do not recommend this vet praxis, unfortunately very impolite and not understandable at all. Not taking the credit card, with very limited opening hours.
Dr. Hamann is a fantastic vet, very professional and caring. I trust her with the well-being of my two beloved dogs implicitly. We've been with her ever since she took over the practice, and have been very happy with her care of our pets. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
