Dr Pürstl provides excellent care, speaks very good English and is very considerate in her handling of my dog. She takes the time to explain things which is very important to me. I went once when my dog was bitten and another time with an ear infection. Both times the healing was as she explained. She also uses the Eltiga app so all the medical records are recorded and available for me to check and show another vet if needed. I feel very confident with her advice and knowledge - and like many dog owners, my dog is one of the most important people in my life!
