A huge thank you to Dr. Verena Herb! She’s so competent, careful and patient. She took the time to explain everything to me clearly which I so appreciate because I finally know what’s going on with my dog’s eye! Everybody is so nice there! That’s definitely my new go-to Tierklinik!

My dog had 2 types of cancer. We made the surgery and few courses of chemotherapy in Italy and needed to move to different country. By a happy coincidence we end up there. We were lucky to meet Dr. Maximilian Pagitz and his team. They provided us with excellent service and support. He made the correction for treatment and my dog felt much better afterwards. I love the approach of Dr. Pagitz which is about the well-being of the patient and the quality of life, rather than presumably effective high doses of chemo after which my dog was unwell and very lethargic. I was also surprised how calm my precious pup was during the visit and how easily chemotherapy was administrated. Everything felt smoothless. Believe me, we have visited many clinics before and there is a remarkable difference. I highly recommend the clinic, as I’m sure, you will find quality and professional care, as well as a humane approach which is extremely valuable in tough situation when your beloved pet is ill.

We've visited two different vets at this practice (one for eye surgery, one for kidney disease) and have been really happy with the level of care and service. Highly recommend!

Tajda Matko, one of the vets at the emergency room, killed my cat. Her proceedings were done against our will, and using poor judgement, gave a sedative that killed her. I followed up multiple times requesting a written protocol of what happened and they ignored my messages. This resonates with other 1 star reviews people have had at the emergency room. My ask to the management: please look more closely at what your personnel does. My ask to patients: avoid the emergency room at all costs. My ask to Tajda: please stop practicing.

I had to bring my 1 year old cat because of kidney failure. A few days later she died and no one could tell us what happened or why or what caused it. They promised that they will call us when its critical so we could say goodbye, but somehow everyone was not there when she got worse and they forgot to call us and found her when she was already dead. They charged us a whole day when she was already dead! In the patients paper about the procedures, they wrote insulting comments about me crying about her diagnosis and death. I cant believe I left her in there to die alone. My vets checked the blood test and they said that all they told us about causes and what happened was wrong and what they said and did made no sense. They knew I would pay anything to save her, I told them. So they just made tons of procedures and charged us for more then she got, but because of the grieve I didnt check the bill properly sadly.
