The staff here are very kind and understanding. There's a lot of experience between them. It's very handy to have a vet out of hours for emergencies. The clinic offer all standard services and is also an emergency centre.
I loved this place! I was on a trip from Vienna to Seoul with my cat, and they went above and beyond to make sure I had all my necessary documents in a short amount of time. They were also very nice about my cat who’s generally calm but hates needles and so was rather aggressive. Also they were all easy to communicate with even though my German is very bad and I only spoke English. Definitely recommend and will come back with my cat if I need to on my next trip to Vienna.
A truly caring, accurate, competent vet, where I feel like my dog is in good hands. I have a 1-year-old Golden Retriever and this is the third clinic we've been in this district. Although the other two clinics were okay as well, but there I had the feeling the vets don't know my dog and the examinations were way more superficial. Vets are generally quite expensive in Austria, but as there is a big difference between one and another regarding competence and humanity, I rather put my money where I feel like my dog is in safe hands. I am sure we will stay here.
Excellent veterinary clinic. Staff are friendly and caring, they speak English well in case you don't speak German, and their prices are reasonable.
I’ve been bringing my dog Aaru to this clinic for a few months now, and right from the start they’ve been amazing — so professional, but also so passionate about what they do. They’ve always treated Aaru with so much love and care. Even though he can be quite reactive and a bit tricky to handle, all the girls who’ve looked after him have always known exactly how to manage him with patience and kindness. That gentle attitude has been there since our very first visit. I always feel completely at ease when I bring him here, because I know he’s surrounded by young, knowledgeable woman who are not only great at their job, but also genuinely sweet and caring with every dog — even the unpredictable ones like mine. I’ve never once felt judged for his behavior, and that really means a lot to me.❤️
