Dr. Kopschar was my veterinarian for the few months I had my 15-year-old cat. From the first visit to the last, she was always competent and friendly! You can tell how much she cares about animals. Booking appointments online was also very easy, and I was always able to get appointments at very short notice. A big plus is that, as someone who works full-time, I had no problems with the opening hours. When my cat became ill, she also recommended specialists to me for a more precise diagnosis. Once the diagnosis was made, she explained the options for how to proceed, but never pressured me to decide on anything; the choice was entirely mine. Being given all the information and experiences while still having complete freedom of choice is something I sometimes haven't even experienced with human doctors, but with her, it was! Having my cat euthanized was a terrible experience, but this veterinarian made it easier for me. Every step was explained to me, and I had time to say goodbye until it was all over. She even helped me with the next steps, in my case, the pet crematorium. I couldn't have wished for a better veterinarian during that time. If I ever get over my cat's death and get a new pet, she will be my first choice again.
