5/5 ,Been there with my beloved Cat , rarely met any vet that is as carring as Dr.Nowak is. Overall very friendly Team, comforting Environment. I really cant complain. Didnt have issues switching languages either for my husband (non german speaker)to understand what is going on. Can really recommand this Team. They do a great Job. ♡
