It was nice actually i like it
Dr. Heer and Ms. Martini are a blessing for all pet owners who want to spare their animals the stress of a vet visit, as they also make house calls. Our animals receive competent and empathetic care from them. I can wholeheartedly recommend them.
Not recommended for anything beyond colds, nail trimming, and dental care. Being nice isn't enough for a veterinarian!
While others are in a festive mood and looking forward to the new year, for me, every single day since July 22, 2025, has been torture; festive cheer is nowhere to be found. It breaks my heart that I'm starting the new year without my best friend. On July 22, 2025, just 11 days after his 9th birthday, my soul dog, my dog-child, my other half, my best friend, my therapist, the reason I smiled even on the hardest days, crossed the Rainbow Bridge. An abused dog I rescued, who did NOT deserve such an end!! During a walk, Spiky suddenly collapsed. Passersby tried to help and resuscitate him. One person even managed to do so briefly, but lacked the specific knowledge. Meanwhile, my mother, on the verge of a nervous breakdown, ran to the veterinarian who was even open. A miracle, she thought, but she was sorely mistaken. Instead of helping, he coldly told her to bring him over, a dog weighing over 30 kg. She explained that this wasn't possible. Then he told her to call the police. Had we known how coldly you would react, we wouldn't have wasted valuable time and would have run to someone else. YOU SHOULDN'T CALL YOURSELF A VETERINARY! A veterinarian with a heart would have rushed to help immediately. My best friend was lying on the hot asphalt less than a minute away, fighting for his life, and you have the nerve to respond so coldly! If I were wealthy, I would spend my last penny to ensure you are no longer allowed to call yourself a veterinarian and lose your license! You may have been a good veterinarian according to the reviews, but on that day, all I saw was a cold and indifferent man who couldn't care less that a dog was dying in the street! The incident itself was very traumatic for me, but your reaction will haunt me for the rest of my life! I hope you achieve the karma you deserve!
