We had to take our dog to the vet unexpectedly during our vacation because of an infected wound. We were able to get an appointment the same day. The vet provided excellent and professional care, so we didn't have to cut our vacation short.

Unfortunately, the vet didn't impress us with her professionalism. Our dog was anesthetized for a planned surgery, but the procedure itself wasn't performed because the vet said he didn't tolerate the anesthesia well. Instead, they simply removed tartar, even though that wasn't the original reason for the appointment. We subsequently had our four-legged friend operated on in Bischofshofen, where the anesthesia went smoothly. Furthermore, the vet didn't seem exactly unfriendly, but rather cold and unfriendly...

We are incredibly grateful to have such a veterinarian by our side. From the very first moment, you can tell that this isn't just a job, but a true calling. With boundless heart, patience, and empathy, she cares for every animal as if it were her own. Whether it's a routine check-up or an emergency, she always takes her time, explains everything clearly, and radiates a calmness that immediately inspires confidence in both animal and owner. Her tremendous dedication is particularly impressive: she's available and ready to help even far beyond normal office hours. This commitment is truly exceptional and gives us, as pet owners, an incredibly reassuring feeling. Thanks to her, our animals go to the vet without fear—and so do we, as their owners. She is highly competent, exceptionally warm, and possesses a passion for her work that shines through in every treatment.
