We've been taking our cats to this practice for several years. Our animals and we are always taken very seriously and treated with the utmost care. There are never long waiting times, even though the vet always takes plenty of time for each patient. Emergencies are recognized immediately, and recommendations for treatment or referrals to clinics are given. Appointments are always available very quickly. The best veterinarian we've ever been to.

She handles them incredibly gently, patiently, and respectfully – every animal isn't "just a patient" to her, but is truly seen and understood. Her expertise is impressively broad, extremely precise, and yet explained in such a way that you, as the owner, always feel safe, understood, and taken seriously. Dr. Bonin alleviates anxieties, soothes with her calm manner, and makes you feel like you and your pet are in exactly the right place. This trust is priceless. A huge compliment also goes to the entire practice team! The other veterinarians on site, as well as the veterinary assistants, are without exception friendly, competent, warm, and loving in their interactions with both people and animals. You are always greeted with a smile and feel completely at ease. Dr. Bonin's expertise is impressively broad, and she explains everything in such a way that you always feel completely well cared for. I recently took my cat to this vet and had a very disappointing experience. My cat is very shy, and unfortunately, the vet didn't know how to handle her. She let the cat escape, and it ran all over the room. The vet left everything to the assistant and just sat there and watched. She also seemed unsure of herself when it came to the vaccination. The whole thing was very frustrating; I would have expected a vet who knew what she was doing. Sadly, that wasn't the case. Very shocking.

We were in the emergency room today with our Labrador. We were very satisfied 😀 The doctor took her time and explained everything very well.

I've been going there with my dogs for years. Everyone is very friendly. The doctors are competent.
