Tierarztpraxis Erling

A truly fantastic veterinary practice! The entire team is incredibly friendly and competent, and they take plenty of time for both pet and owner. You always feel valued and receive excellent advice. The loving way they treat our dog, Buddy, builds trust and makes even a vet visit as pleasant as possible. Thank you so much for the wonderful care – we'll definitely be back! 😊 And when the practice dog greets you so sweetly, you can't help but feel at ease. 🐾

A veterinarian with heart and mind. For Dr. Erling, as for her entire team, the animal's well-being is always paramount. She provides expert advice and considers the animal's overall health. Our cats were cared for with love and dignity until the very end. They were able to pass away peacefully in their familiar surroundings, with all the time they needed. We are incredibly grateful for the open and compassionate way she treated our animals and us. Not only were the animals comforted in the final moments of their lives, but the entire team also provided support. We are so glad that we are also entrusting our remaining cat to Dr. Erling, as we have a veterinarian who truly prioritizes the animals' well-being.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ "My cat Tyson is in the very best hands here – and so am I!" As soon as you enter the practice, you notice that hygiene is a top priority. It smells wonderfully clean and modern, almost like a chic furniture store – a welcome change from sterile, unwelcoming practices. But the real highlight is the team! The veterinarian is simply a fantastic person, incredibly kind, and highly competent. You can immediately tell that they work with heart. I was particularly impressed by the team's compassionate approach: Due to a minor misunderstanding on the phone, I didn't have the full amount ready when I arrived. Instead of putting pressure on me or stressing me out, they simply trusted me. This trust is invaluable today and shows that the animal's well-being and a good relationship with the owner are their top priorities. I transferred the remaining balance immediately, of course, and am simply grateful for their understanding and patience. Anyone looking for a highly skilled, incredibly relaxed, and trustworthy veterinary practice in Lünen simply must go to this one! Tyson and I say: Thank you so much, and see you next time! P.S. Because the team's trust means so much to me, I just transferred the remaining balance. Thanks again for your patience and understanding!

A truly wonderful practice. Ms. Erling and her team work with great empathy and patience with both animal and owner. They take ample time, explain everything thoroughly, and pay close attention. My dog and I feel very well cared for here, thank you!
