Since December, we've been taking our dog to Dr. Westhoff's practice regularly due to his rare neurological condition. During this time, we've had many veterinary visits, and each time, we've felt our dog was in excellent hands. Dr. Westhoff and her entire team treat us with exceptional expertise, great patience, and genuine compassion. Especially when your pet is seriously ill, it's invaluable to have a veterinarian you can trust completely. We always feel taken seriously, all our questions are answered clearly, and they always take the time our dog needs. At every appointment, you can feel that the animals' well-being is their top priority. This loving, dedicated, and professional care gives us incredible security and hope during a difficult time. A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Westhoff and her entire team for their tireless dedication, their warmth, and their wonderful support. Highly recommended! They take their time and examine everything thoroughly. I was able to bring my dog ​​in for an eye exam very quickly and felt very well cared for. The eye exam was very comprehensive and time-consuming. The additional ophthalmological specialization was clearly evident. We'll gladly stay with them! 💝

We had to take our dog Bolle to the vet at short notice because our usual vet was closed. After a phone call, we were able to come in immediately and received an incredibly warm welcome from the very beginning. While we waited, the staff checked on us and Bolle regularly, and it was clear that the entire team truly cared about the well-being of the animals and their owners. The examination was very thorough, and the vet and veterinary assistant treated Bolle with great calm and empathy, so he wasn't afraid at all. Unfortunately, the diagnosis wasn't what we had hoped for, and we had to make the hardest decision: to let our beloved Bolle go. In this difficult situation, we were given a sensitive explanation of everything and were given all the time and space we needed to say goodbye – even though the practice had already closed. There was no pressure whatsoever; instead, we were met with understanding and compassion at all times. Even though the occasion was the saddest of all, we are incredibly grateful for the loving support we received. We felt very well cared for and are glad that our beloved Bolle was able to pass away peacefully and with dignity at this practice. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team!

I arrived at the practice that day without an appointment and well before the regular opening hours. Despite this, my elderly cat was admitted and cared for, for which I am very grateful. Ms. Haase took plenty of time and handled my cat and me with great calm and sensitivity. The farewell was handled with dignity, and I felt well cared for during this difficult time. I was particularly touched by a small personal gesture as a parting gift, which I hadn't expected at all. This gesture meant a great deal to me at that moment. I took my dog ​​to the practice for a CT scan and felt incredibly well cared for. From the initial consultation and how Makoko was handled to the explanation of the results, I was very, very satisfied. Ms. Westhoff takes her time, explains the procedure in great detail, and her calm demeanor is contagious. The veterinary assistants were incredibly friendly, very empathetic, and simply wonderful.
