A very friendly and competent team. The doctors and staff take their time, and the medical treatments are immediately effective and excellent. The price is also very reasonable. I am completely satisfied!

I am very disappointed with this veterinary practice and cannot recommend it based on my experience. I took my 16-year-old senior cat there because I had noticed several health problems and changes. A blood test was performed, but I was subsequently told that the main values ​​– including the kidney values ​​– were unremarkable or within the normal range. Since my cat's condition still didn't feel right to me, I sought a second opinion at another practice. There, the blood was sent to a lab for further analysis, which revealed that the kidney values ​​were already abnormal and that my cat was in the early stages of kidney failure. Accordingly, a special kidney-friendly diet and a tailored recovery plan were immediately recommended. This important information was unfortunately not provided to me at the first practice. Another very critical issue for me was the issue of pain. My cat showed clear signs of pain, but this was barely addressed. The potential pain was neither seriously discussed nor were pain management or other measures recommended. I was also dissatisfied with how my cat was handled during the examination. A "mother hold" was used several times to get her out of the carrier, even though I explicitly stated that my cat is extremely sensitive and stressed during vet visits. She is neither aggressive nor prone to biting or scratching – she tends to withdraw or hide. Despite my request, the hold continued to be used, which I personally found very unpleasant and unnecessary. While the veterinarian was friendly on a personal level, and the veterinary assistants were always polite and kind – I had no problems with them – ultimately, what matters most to me is the medical care my pet received, and I am unfortunately deeply dissatisfied with that. I find this particularly disappointing because I paid over €300 for the last visit alone, and in my opinion, my cat still didn't receive adequate help. At the other veterinary practice where I sought a second opinion, the focus was much more specifically on the truly important health issues. My cat received noticeably better help there within a short time. I sincerely hope that future pet owners will be taken seriously and that older and stressed animals will be treated with more sensitivity.

I called in the morning and luckily we were able to come in that afternoon with our stray cat. Everyone was very nice and friendly, the practice was clean, and everything was well organized. We were seen by Dr. Mastenbroek. She examined the cat very thoroughly and explained everything very well. Thank you all so much, and we'll gladly come again.
