A very friendly and competent team. The doctors and staff take their time, and the medical treatments are immediately effective and excellent. The price is also very reasonable. I am completely satisfied!

My cat (5 years old) was taken to this practice because of abnormal breathing. An X-ray and an ECG were taken, which I was informed about. During this time, he also received an injection, which I only learned about later. In other words, he was given something without my consent. There was no acute respiratory distress or life-threatening situation. Shortly thereafter, his condition deteriorated significantly, and he sadly passed away. Personally, I would have preferred more detailed explanations and more involvement in the treatment steps. I am writing this to make my experience transparent so that other pet owners can form their own opinion. My last review was deleted when I posted this here. The action speaks volumes. No wonder one rarely reads negative reviews here.

I called in the morning and luckily we were able to come in that afternoon with our stray cat. Everyone was very nice and friendly, the practice was clean, and everything was well organized. We were seen by Dr. Mastenbroek. She examined the cat very thoroughly and explained everything very well. Thank you all so much, and we'll gladly come again.
