Reviews
The vet wouldn't let me finish speaking and was unfriendly. Poor advice regarding the grooming of our long-haired cat. I asked how to trim the fur on the back of her hind legs, and the only response was, "Well, you'll have to see." Nothing more. Even after asking again, there was no answer. One star because the reception staff were friendly and understanding. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this vet.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude once again. On December 24th, I brought our dog Stella in as an emergency case with blood in her stool. She was seen and treated promptly. By now, I know every doctor there. No one rushes through appointments! No matter how busy it is, they ALWAYS take their time. No one has ever been unfriendly! No matter how stressful it is, they even look up online which minerals I can give her. So, a competent, always calm, and very empathetic team! Thank you to everyone there! You are wonderful!
We came to the practice for a necessary, specific examination. For a long time, I felt well cared for with my three animals. Unfortunately, the almost weekly treatments quickly became routine. When my dog became very ill again, we received an incorrect diagnosis. Two days later, a different vet diagnosed her with cancer. I opted for euthanasia, which was carried out very compassionately. I requested that the bill be sent to my home, as, understandably, I just wanted to get out of there at that moment...everything went smoothly. Up until then, despite the incorrect diagnosis, I would have given the practice a full five stars. Three months later, we had another emergency with our cat. After several treatments, it was confirmed that he, too, had cancer. And we had to let him go as well, because there were no other options. When we subsequently stood with his empty basket in front of the packed reception desk, I again asked to be billed for the euthanasia. The receptionist (there was always a different one there) very brusquely told us, "You'll have to wait, we don't do that!!!" We were held up. After more than 10 minutes, when all the other patients had been seen, we were still standing there crying and in a state of utter shock in front of all the other visitors in the waiting area, who surely found the situation just as distressing and heartbreaking. She disappeared into the examination room and later mumbled something about, "We don't usually do that, but you could..." I didn't understand the rest because my grief turned to anger, as we had already been standing there for 15 minutes. I paid the amount immediately, but I wonder where the humanity was. It wasn't about the money; by that point, I had already paid several thousand euros, so that was irrelevant. It was about being able to leave the place as quickly as possible, a place where we had to let two animals go in 12 weeks. We changed veterinary practices after that, and I would never recommend them again. Zero humanity and compassion. I wouldn't entrust any family member to a veterinary practice that values money more than the feelings of its owners.
We felt very well cared for. Mr. Ließ took plenty of time for the initial consultation and explained his diagnostic approach clearly, so I could easily understand it. Our dog was treated with great care. This was our first visit for a dermatological issue, but we would definitely recommend the practice and return if we have any further problems.
A truly excellent and competent team. We always feel very well cared for here. They take plenty of time for a thorough examination and clear explanations. Everyone is very friendly and empathetic – both to animals and people. Highly recommended!
