I absolutely do not recommend this vet! This practice is clearly only interested in making money from surgeries! I took my cat there for a follow-up check-up after he had eaten a string but had already vomited it up. The specialist veterinarian, Dr. Ruffing, completely ignored this and insisted on intestinal surgery even though my cat had already passed the string through his mouth (!). She literally said, "If I don't have him operated on immediately, I'll have a dead cat tomorrow." Saying something like that is truly outrageous—this practice will never see me again! It seems many pet owners experience this: they are advised to have surgery even when it's completely unnecessary, just so the practice can make money!

I wholeheartedly recommend this practice! For years, our Labrador Retriever has been treated with incredible kindness and empathy. She lived to be 16 1/2, even though she was very ill at 9. The right treatment was the reason for her remarkably long life! I also want to mention what a fantastic team works there. I was always amazed at how quickly and discreetly Ronja received her pain injections :-). Dear Dr. Thume, I am truly grateful for how compassionately you cared for us and our Ronja, even in her final moments!!

I have only positive things to say. I've already had my fourth cat treated by him, and I must say that for me, there's no better vet than the one at Eichenwald in Neusäß and the surrounding area. Before switching to this vet, I went to many others who weren't nearly as good as him. The care is excellent, and the prices are reasonable. I will always stay with this vet because I know my cat is in the very best hands here. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👍👍👍👍👍
