A huge thank you to the amazing Dr. Ugur Tüzün, who saved our cat with an emergency surgery. We're so grateful to him and the entire team. They acted quickly, and got the operating room ready right away. Everyone was kind, supportive, and genuinely cared about our cat’s condition. Since the treatment was quite expensive and we didn’t have insurance, we had an option to pay in installments. Also, a special thanks for providing all the documents and information translated into English — that made everything so much easier for us.

A highly recommended veterinary practice – they handle pets with loving care and professionalism. Even with a last-minute appointment, we were able to get treatment. The location is also excellent, especially for those arriving by car, as there is ample parking right in front of the practice. My cat had a serious injury during my first visit, but he wasn't aggressive on subsequent visits. The practice is also clean.

He's the only vet I've used since moving to Germany, and I really can't complain. My dog ​​had two surgeries in a short period, and both the operations and the recovery went very well. The whole team is very friendly. I would definitely recommend Mr. Tüzün as a veterinarian.
