I got there with my cat, who started snoring and not being able to breath. Dr. Schirren took him on and is caring from him so well during his chemo for lymphknot cancer. I can't thank her enough. She is rather caring for the wellbeing of the animal than the treatments. Really a great doctor. And personel is always nice too!

I had an emergency with one of my cats and needed some x-rays. I arrived almost by closure and they still checked the cat and gave it a great attention and treatment. They have parking space.

Extremely good veterinarian. Competent staff, very reliable appointments, well equipped. They get a blood test done on site within 15 minutes. We feel they take excellent care of our cats, even in a case of a severe health issue.

The waiting time was long for us despite having an appointment, but the treatment and general reception were remarkable. This is our new vet clinic in Hamburg :)

I went there with our kitten today. We had to wait for a bit at the reception because of a phone call that the receptionist was taking. The receptionist was incredibly patient with whoever called and explained things with the welfare of the animal in mind. While waiting isn’t the nicest thing I didn’t mind in this case because I felt that this call was important for the animal and the owner of it. When the time for our appointment came (the first vet appointment for our kitten) i was happy to see the clean and neat room and the very kind and understanding veterinarian. I felt like they really like their job and the animals they are handling. they also gave nuanced and sound advice as to what appointments we should have next and i felt very happy to see that our kitten is in good hands with them. After some other not so nice vet experiences with other animals i'm very happy to have found a very nice one here :)
