The vets and vet assistants here have always provided exceptional support to my cats as well as myself. It’s never fun having to put down an animal companion, but the vets here handled the situation with the utmost care and kindness, doing everything they could to not only help heal our lost one, but to make the situation as calm as possible. Since then, they have helped care for our other cats with diligence beyond what I would expect, often going above and beyond to make sure everything was understood and that the animals were comfortable. Thank you for your kindness and valued efforts!

This is the most caring and at the same time super professional vet clinic. We've been to some fancy clinics in Berlin but they are not even close as good as this praxis. We are in love with every person working at this place! I would strongly recommend it !

Not a good vet for rabbit care. Vet is also extreamly rude. Response Edit: I've kept rabbits for over 20 years, I'm well aware of what's involved thanks. We have been to all rabbit specialists in Berlin and found Dr. Anja Ewringmanns practice to be the best. We went there for a required surgery and came to you to continue the post surgery care set out by Dr. Anjas team. We came here as Anjas practice is over a 1h drive, very stressful for the rabbits. Your vet refused to follow the after surgery treatment with disastrous results for my rabbits. She was also very rough with the rabbits and incredibly rude to me and my wife. We will never go here again, even if other practices are much harder to get to. Even for routine care.

Not very useful to have a phone number if you cannot give price range for cat neutering procedure over the phone. Sounds scammy to me if I have to bring my cat all the way to the clinic, do the procedure and after that get slapped with a hefty bill.

I had the long and gruelling process of preparing my cat and dog to move to Australia which is one of the most difficult countries to import to. Tierarztpraxis am Mauerpark helped me through multiple visits, ensuring my pets had the right treatments, ensuring everything was done on time. The staff were extremely friendly and empathetic to the process we had to go through and super caring to my pets. I especially want to thank Irina Wergner for providing top care and treatment along with informative advice, we always felt at ease knowing our pets were in good hands. Thank you so much! we will never forget you helping us make it possible to get our babies home!
