Very welcoming. Took the time to explain everything. Offered things to try to help my cat feed. Very good service from both . Would highly recommend this practise for your furbabies.
This has been our vet for the last 13 years and my friends vet even longer. She is amazing with our cat. We are grateful for her!
My dog cut his paw today, around 5pm on a day before a public holiday. Our regular vet was already closed and not a single other vet could take us anymore. My dog was limping and had an open cut on his paw. This vet realized that it could have been serious and still took us even though they were booked out. She found a piece of glass in his wound that she took out and explained how to take care of him in the next couple of days. Very grateful that we found her. Thank you very much
The fact that this practice only has 4.9 stars baffles me; it should have, i dunno, at least 15 out of 5. I’m serious. They helped save my puppy when she was really sick. During that time, I visited numerous vets all over the city! Sometimes it felt like they knew less than I did or that they mostly cared about making money. Not this practice! They are knowledgeable and genuinely care, first and foremost, about the well-being of all the animals that come through their doors.
I don't understand the good reviews ! My dog had several problems so we decided to do a blood test here. First the results arrived like 2 weeks after we did the test, then the "doctor" said that he does not see any major problems exept maybe some thyroid problem and wanted to do another test. As I was really not happy with the service, I declined the offer. As I saw the health of my dog declined day after day I decided to consult another veterinarian, I went there with the blood test and after 10 seconds looking at it she said your dog has a serious anemie problem and probably a blood infection and said that she was surprised that my dog was not already dead ! So to resume, they are completely desorganised, the assistants look completely stressed out, all the advices they gave us where wrong, the "doctor" seems not able to read carefully a blood test and I am not talking about all other things we did there that was completely useless for my dog but usefull for their bank account ! DON'T GO THERE if you think your animal have serious problems (avoid it even for small problems).
