A very friendly and empathetic veterinarian. Dr. Thurner takes her time, and I feel that my cat is in very good hands with her. The waiting time is perfectly acceptable. We also come from Nuremberg, and the trip is well worth it ☺️

I needed emergency treatment for my very sick cat. I had to leave her there, otherwise they wouldn't have treated her. She was put under anesthesia for an ultrasound, even though she'd never needed it before, as she's usually very cooperative. After six X-rays, further examinations, and costs of around €700, she was ultimately misdiagnosed and incorrectly treated with a 10-day course of antibiotics. Since we had completely lost trust in them, and the cat was still in severe pain with no improvement after the 10-day course, we desperately went to another veterinary practice. With just one ultrasound, it was immediately clear that the cat's bladder was full of bladder stones, and of course, antibiotics were ineffective. She was then treated correctly and is now healthy again. Since the visit to that practice, the cat is extremely anxious whenever she sees her carrier; this wasn't the case before. We would never go back to the Pegnitzgrund practice under any circumstances.

The team is friendly and the vet is very gentle with the animals. The wait isn't long and you can get an appointment quickly. I'm very satisfied!

I am incredibly grateful for the wonderful care I received from this veterinarian and her entire team. You can immediately tell how much heart, expertise, and dedication they put into their work. I was particularly impressed that she even took the time on a Saturday to give my cat an IV at short notice. This is absolutely not something you can take for granted and shows how much the well-being of the animals means to her.
