Reviews
Always friendly and competent. Unfortunately, the excellent service often results in longer waiting times. It's not cheap, but you do get really good care for your pet. Would gladly go again.
We are very satisfied with Dr. Kramp. We've been taking our Pablo there for about three years, and he currently has a persistent bladder infection that has been going on for several weeks. If we have any questions or problems, we're called back even in the evening, and we feel very well looked after and supported. A fantastic vet. Thank you so much. ♥️
Competent and friendly. Always good advice, and nothing is pushed on you. Parking is available right in front of the door, but this also means it's a bit noisy when the door is open. Other than that, we're in very good hands here.
The animal receives expert care. However, the focus here is primarily on sales. As a result, the animal can quickly develop new illnesses or be given antibiotics unnecessarily. In an emergency, yes.
Ms. Kramp is generally very kind and handles animals well, but based on the blood test, she didn't see that our dog had liver failure and jaundice. Instead, she only mentioned elevated liver values and suggested treating them with medication. We sought a second opinion from an emergency veterinary clinic, which confirmed the jaundice and liver failure. Hope was slim that our beloved dog would survive; it was essentially just prolonging the suffering. With heavy hearts, we had to let her go.
