Tierarztpraxis am Vogelsang - Dr. Katrin Steinheuer, Jana Meuer & Stephanie Kurt

I've been taking my dogs to this practice for years and have always been very satisfied. The vets are all friendly, empathetic, and take their time. The examinations are very thorough, and no unnecessary tests are performed. I've found all the vets to be professionally competent, which also includes referring patients to other dogs at the right time. The veterinary assistants are also all very friendly. In an emergency, I've always been able to get in immediately. I've never received incorrect advice here with different dogs; I've always received it with heart, understanding, and competence.

For me, this is the best practice! In emergencies, they make it possible to come in very spontaneously, and all the vets are very empathetic with anxious dogs. Concerns are taken seriously, yet no unnecessary diagnostic tests are pushed on you. We feel very comfortable here and would like to say a heartfelt thank you!

Dr. Steinheuer and her staff are incredibly kind, attentive, and compassionate. Despite their busy schedules, they always take the time to answer all of our questions. Everyone there is so kind to our dog that she's even happy when we go to the doctor. ❤️

It's now been five weeks since we had to let our little one go, at home on Christmas. After five weeks of grueling treatment, we will never go back to this practice or recommend it. Sorry, but with some distance from what happened, many things have become clear to us: no, this was not good. I could write more, but I won't; I'll leave it at that.

Fantastic practice. Every veterinarian is considerate, friendly, and competent. The assistants are also always friendly and reliable. We especially enjoy taking our rabbit to Dr. Peek. I highly recommend this practice; the visit is worth every penny!
