For me, this is the best practice! In emergencies, they make it possible to come in very spontaneously, and all the vets are very empathetic with anxious dogs. Concerns are taken seriously, yet no unnecessary diagnostic tests are pushed on you. We feel very comfortable here and would like to say a heartfelt thank you!

I've been taking my dogs to this practice for years and have always been very satisfied. The veterinarians are all friendly, empathetic, and take their time. The examinations are very thorough, and no unnecessary tests are performed. I've found all the veterinarians to be highly competent, which also includes making appropriate referrals at the right time. The veterinary assistants are all very friendly as well. In emergencies, I've always been able to get an immediate appointment. I've never received incorrect advice here for any of my dogs; instead, I've always been given compassionate, intelligent, and competent care.

Fantastic practice. Every veterinarian is considerate, friendly, and competent. The assistants are also always friendly and reliable. We especially enjoy taking our rabbit to Dr. Peek. I highly recommend this practice; the visit is worth every penny!

We were frequent patients at this practice with our two cats. When one of my cats continued to suffer severe symptoms after a hospital stay for seizures and urgently needed his electrolyte levels checked, I was only able to get an appointment a week later, despite requesting an urgent one. In such a situation, a week can be crucial. Another practice saw us immediately. I am therefore very disappointed with how they handle urgent cases.

Dr. Steinheuer and her staff are all incredibly kind, attentive, and empathetic. Despite their busy schedules, they always take the time to answer all our questions. Everyone there is so lovely to our dog that she even seems happy when we go to the vet ❤️
