I had a terrible experience at this clinic. I called ahead for an emergency appointment and specifically mentioned that my dog was already being treated by Dr.Sven Stahlhut . I was given an appointment, rushed there in a taxi, only to find out that I was being seen by a different doctor. I went back to ask for my regular doctor, and the receptionist sent me to another clinic without consulting him first. When I tried to explain, Dr. Sven Stahlhut came out, yelling at me and saying that I only got what was offered. He showed no empathy, and even though I explained that I chose to come to this clinic for him, we were still turned away. My dog was in pain, and I was left feeling dismissed and helpless. This is not the level of care or compassion I expected. ------------------------------------------- I want to clarify some key points in your reply. First, I can assure you that no one informed me over the phone that I would be assigned to someone else. Logically, if that were the case, I wouldn’t have been upset. If I had known, why wouldn’t I have simply gone to another vet? Second, I was the one who asked the receptionist to personally check with you if you could see my dog. I made it clear that I had come all the way specifically for that and was waiting outside. I even insisted on it. Why? Because I believed we had a relationship built on trust and appreciation. I didn’t expect you to come out of the room and simply say, “You get what they said.” Third, you were the one who first asked me why I didn’t go to a vet closer to me. But as I told you, I rushed over in a taxi specifically because you are my dog's vet. It seems you were given misleading information by the people around you and didn’t actually hear me out.

Our first visit was a great experience! The doctor was very kind and communicative, taking the time to check our dog and explain everything clearly. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Recommended 👍🏻

Dr. Sven treated my senior cat, Pershi, for almost a year, and I cannot recommend him and the entire team at this practice enough. Pershi had carcinoma tumors that required surgical removal twice, both genuinely complicated cases. Other vets had advised moving her straight to palliative care, but Dr. Sven didn’t give up on her. He gave her real shots at recovery and bought us precious extra time together. Pershi passed away this year at 16, and while losing her was hard, I’m so grateful for the care she received in her final year. Dr. Sven and his team have been generous with their attention and compassion, not just for Pershi but for my other cat too. It’s rare to find a vet who treats every case with this level of dedication and heart.

I went to this Tierarztpraxis today for the first time for an oncology consultation for my senior cat with carcinoma of squamous cells. Dr. Stahlhut took his time to explain to me the X-rays and the following treatment. He seems very professional, competent, empathetic and kind. He studied all the test results I shared via email prior to the appointment and had some notes. He examined my cat and came up with the best treatment, also taking into account something that was not so expensive but still effective (chemo pills to give at home). So I'm very happy with the experience I had there. I recommend this praxis to anyone whose animal companion is going through the Big C.

We wanted to sincerely thank you for the excellent care you gave our cat during his recent visit. After a very stressful experience at another Vet clinic and being quoted an enormous amount of money for unnecessary treatments at the time, coming to you was a huge relief. The Vet's calm, knowledgeable approach and clear explanations made all the difference, and thanks to her treatment our cat recovered quickly and is now back to his normal, happy self. We would also like to extend a special thank you to the receptionist, who was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful from the moment we spoke on the telephone, to the moment we arrived and we left. Her warmth and professionalism made the entire experience even more positive. Overall, we felt truly listened to and cared for, and we are very grateful to have found such a compassionate and trustworthy practice. Thank you again for everything you do.
